• After the website is signed off and delivered, any further updates or changes can be made through our ticketing system if you purchase the ongoing maintenance package.

 

4. HIPAA and PHIPA Compliance

 

Affinity Pro Smile is a website design provider and is not responsible for HIPAA (Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act) or PHIPA (Personal Health Information Protection Act) compliance. • Affinity Pro Smile is not liable for any issues concerning PHI security or compliance with HIPAA or PHIPA. All data, including PHI, is hosted on the Wix platform. Clients are responsible for addressing any concerns about data security with Wix directly.
