3. Revisions

 

• You are entitled to two revision opportunities to provide feedback, graphical assets, and content instructions before the final delivery.

• After the website is signed off and delivered, any further updates or changes can be made through our ticketing system if you purchase the ongoing maintenance package.

 

4. HIPAA and PHIPA Compliance

 

Affinity Pro Smile is a website design provider and is not responsible for HIPAA (Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act) or PHIPA (Personal Health Information Protection Act) compliance. Our websites are hosted on the Wix platform, which manages the hosting and security of any protected health information (PHI) entered on the site.

 

• Disclaimer: Affinity Pro Smile does not access or handle any PHI collected through your website, and we assume no liability for PHI security or compliance. Clients are advised to consult Wix directly for information related to HIPAA and PHIPA compliance.

 

5. Refund Policy

 

• We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee if you are not satisfied with the website, as long as you request a refund within 30 days of project completion.

 

6. Intellectual Property

 

• The design, layout, and content of the website we create for you become your property once delivered.

• Templates, code, and design elements remain the intellectual property of Affinity Pro Smile unless otherwise agreed upon.

 

7. Limitation of Liability

 

• Affinity Pro Smile will not be held liable for any direct, indirect, or incidental damages resulting from the use of our services, including issues related to website performance, hosting, or third-party tools.

• Affinity Pro Smile is not liable for any issues concerning PHI security or compliance with HIPAA or PHIPA. All data, including PHI, is hosted on the Wix platform. Clients are responsible for addressing any concerns about data security with Wix directly.
